Voici les comp\u00e9tences et exp\u00e9riences que je d\u00e9veloppe au quotidien dans cette formation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ma\u00eetrise des techniques commerciales<\/strong> : J\u2019acquiers des comp\u00e9tences en n\u00e9gociation et vente qui me permettent de mieux comprendre comment convaincre les clients et \u00e9tablir une relation de confiance, en face-\u00e0-face comme \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Gestion de la relation client digitale<\/strong> : Cette formation me familiarise avec les outils num\u00e9riques modernes, comme les logiciels CRM et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, pour g\u00e9rer la relation client de mani\u00e8re efficace. Cela m\u2019aide \u00e0 renforcer les \u00e9changes avec les clients et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>\u00c9laboration de strat\u00e9gies commerciales<\/strong> : J\u2019apprends \u00e0 cr\u00e9er et adapter des strat\u00e9gies de prospection et de fid\u00e9lisation en fonction des profils et besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des clients. Cela me donne une vision plus large des attentes du march\u00e9 et des actions \u00e0 mettre en place pour y r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain<\/strong> : Gr\u00e2ce aux stages et missions int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le programme, j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019appliquer ce que j\u2019ai appris, de renforcer mes comp\u00e9tences et
